Latitude37 Pubs is a family owned regional hospitality group focussed on Central Victoria along Latitude37. 

What began with the opening of Tooborac Hotel in October 2005 has grown into a small collection of family-owned pubs, each one dedicated to creating a place where people can connect, share a meal, and feel at home. From the very beginning, the goal has been simple—to offer a welcoming space for the community and to ensure that guests leave happier than when they arrived.

A key part of what makes Latitude 37 Pubs so special is the family-friendly atmosphere, where you can bring your grandparents or grandchildren and enjoy a meal together in a welcoming, relaxed environment. 

With no poker machines, the focus remains on genuine connections, good food, and spending quality time with loved ones. Latitude 37 believes that a pub should be a place where people of all generations can enjoy each other’s company, without distractions —just great conversation, good food, and a sense of community.

Driven  by our love of Country pubs we are leveraging our strengths to keep them open. We understand just how important these local pubs are in regional Victoria—not just as a place to grab a drink, but as the heart of the community where friendships are formed and stories are shared. It’s this belief that fuels our commitment to keeping as many doors open as we can, always striving to offer a space that feels like home for anyone who walks through it.
