Who we are
Created by James and Val Carlin, Latitude 37 Pubs are a family owned and operated range of pubs across the 37th latitude in country Victoria. With over 20 years' hospitality experience, each Latitude 37 Pub has a simple mission - to ensure our guests leave happier than when they arrived
Tooborac Beer
We have a passion for beer, and wanted to be serving our very own brews on tap. Our brewery is housed in the rebuilt Cobb and Co stables at the back of the hotel, so the beer is as fresh as could be.
When we were creating our beer we looked to our history for inspiration. The pub has been many things in its time - a blacksmiths, a shearer’s stop off, and a general store. Our beers are a nod to our history and the working traditions of Australia.
